Ginger lemon herbal tea

Warming and invigorating herbal tea. Ideal in winter or in the morning as a substitute for coffee or tea.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
Tools
  • juice cone
  • graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Heat the water
  2. Rinse the ginger if necessary or peel it
  3. Cut the lemon into 4. Scrape the flesh from 2 pieces of lemon.
  4. In the extractor, equipped with the juice cone and the graduated tip positioned on 5, pass the ginger then the lemon.
  5. Collect the juice and add to the hot water in a cup.
How to serve at the table

Very effective in winter. Goes well with a little honey.
