Before contacting your reseller, please follow the procedure below:

  • In the user manual, go to the troubleshooting section and follow the step-by-step self-help guide.
  • If the product is covered by the Jazz warranty, please have the receipt handy.
  • You will need to be able to enter the serial number of your extractor, this manufacturer's number is on the original box or under the device.
  • Then contact your dealer to tell them about your problem.
    If this one is no longer able to solve your problem, you can register your product on our site you will receive a confirmation email to which you can respond with details the problem and attaching the necessary photos.
