Two-tone juice

The superposition of two juices of different colors for the pleasure of the eyes.
Ingredients
  • for a large glass or two small glasses:
  • 1 juice apple
  • ½ fennel
  • ½ beetroot
  • 2 carrots
Tools
  • juice cone
  • graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Rinse the ingredients, scrub the beetroot and carrots with a vegetable brush if necessary or peel them.
  2. Cut the ingredients to the dimensions of the hole.
  3. In the extractor equipped with the juice cone and the numbered tip (positioned on 5 or 3 depending on the firmness of the apples), pass the carrots and apples. Pour the collected juice into the glass(es).
  4. Then pass the half beetroot and half fennel.
  5. Carefully pour the juice into the glasses over the apple-carrot juice.
How to serve at the table

You can decorate the glasses with thinly sliced vegetables for example. Serve as an aperitif.
