Two-tone juice

The superposition of two juices of different colors for the pleasure of the eyes.
- for a large glass or two small glasses:
- 1 juice apple
- ½ fennel
- ½ beetroot
- 2 carrots
- Rinse the ingredients, scrub the beetroot and carrots with a vegetable brush if necessary or peel them.
- Cut the ingredients to the dimensions of the hole.
- In the extractor equipped with the juice cone and the numbered tip (positioned on 5 or 3 depending on the firmness of the apples), pass the carrots and apples. Pour the collected juice into the glass(es).
- Then pass the half beetroot and half fennel.
- Carefully pour the juice into the glasses over the apple-carrot juice.
You can decorate the glasses with thinly sliced vegetables for example. Serve as an aperitif.
