Tropical juice

Well known on supermarket shelves for attracting the attention of children... and adults. But that was before we knew the original, the authentic homemade tropical juice!
- for 1 liter of juice:
- 1 mango
- 3 passion fruits
- 1 orange
- 250g raspberry
- 1 pomegranate
- 50 ml water
- a lemon zest
- Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the stone and cut it into strips.
- Cut the passion fruit to remove the flesh.
- Cut the orange and lemon into quarters and remove the flesh using a serrated knife.
- Cut the pomegranate in half. Cut each half 6 times so that you can partially detach the segments. Seed the pomegranate, avoiding the white skin as much as possible.
- Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and pass them through the extractor equipped with the juice cone and the graduated tip.
Serve chilled, with or without ice cubes.
