Hazelnut financier

We know the famous almond financiers. Here, a variation, a little more fragrant, with hazelnuts.
- 150 g hazelnuts
- 200 g brown sugar
- 90 g flour
- 6 egg whites
- 180 g melted butter
- crusher cone

- financier mold
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grind the hazelnuts in the extractor fitted with the grinding cone, without a shaping nozzle.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Keep the yolks, for a custard for example
- Melt the butter over a very low heat.
- Mix the hazelnut powder, flour, sugar, egg whites, and lastly the melted butter in a container.
- Pour into the mold
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
