Smoked salmon mousse

Very simple to make, this rather rich mousse is a great success this winter.
Ingredients
  • 200g smoked salmon,
  • 250g mascarpone,
  • a few drops of lemon juice,
  • salt, pepper
Tools
  • crusher cone
  • tip: none
Recipe
  1. Wrap the mascarpone in the salmon slices and pass them through the extractor fitted with the grinding cone.
  2. Add salt, pepper and lemon to the preparation.
How to serve at the table

can be enjoyed as an aperitif on toast or slices of raw vegetables.
