Smoked salmon mousse

Very simple to make, this rather rich mousse is a great success this winter.
- 200g smoked salmon,
- 250g mascarpone,
- a few drops of lemon juice,
- salt, pepper
- Wrap the mascarpone in the salmon slices and pass them through the extractor fitted with the grinding cone.
- Add salt, pepper and lemon to the preparation.
can be enjoyed as an aperitif on toast or slices of raw vegetables.
