Plant-based burger

The famous 'burger', which has become a national dish across the Atlantic, can be made in 1001 ways. In this plant-based variation, discover a protein-packed burger flavored with spices
- a large glass of coral-pink lentils
- 2 cm of ginger
- two small handfuls of sunflower seeds
- coconut fat or ghee
- turmeric
- curry
- salt
- pepper
- Soak the lentils: soak the lentils and a large part of the sunflower seeds in twice their volume of water overnight (at least 8 hours).
- Rinse the lentils and sunflower seeds
- Grind: the lentils, sunflower seeds and peeled ginger.
- Add the spices, salt, pepper and a little water to give the mixture a doughnut texture. Pack between the palms of your hands to obtain doughnuts and add a few whole sunflower seeds around.
- Cook in a pan: with coconut fat or ghee.
