A source of vitamin K and antioxidants, coriander is welcome on our plates and in our dishes. Discover it in the form of juice, mixed with other ingredients or used in cooking as an aromatic.
Ingredients
  • bunch of coriander
Tools
  • juice cone
  • graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Rinse the coriander.
  2. Place the juice cone and the graduated nozzle, positioned on 5.
  3. Start the appliance.
  4. Insert the branches and leaves into the appliance. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
