Garlic juice

With a thousand virtues, this basic food can be transformed into juice and become an interesting asset in healthy cooking.
- Peel the garlic cloves.
- Place the juice cone and the graduated tip, positioned on 5.
- Switch on the appliance.
- Insert the cloves into the appliance. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
This juice can be incorporated into vegetable juice, but also added to culinary preparations, marinades, etc.
