Pineapple juice

Source of manganese, vitamin C, antioxidant and bromelain: four good reasons to drink its juice.
Ingredients
  • pineapple
Tools
  • juice cone
  • graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Remove the skin from the pineapple and cut it into long slices 2 cm thick.
  2. Place the juice cone and the graduated tip, positioned on 2 or 3.
  3. Start the device
  4. Insert the pineapple pieces one by one without saturating the drum with material. Allow time for the juice to flow before reinserting a piece again. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
How to serve at the table

accompanied or alone, pineapple is very popular. Can be transformed into fruit candies, or ice cream cones.
