Often found boiled in soups, celery is best enjoyed raw in the form of juice. It has a dominant, salty aroma. Pairs well with a sweet flavor.
Ingredients
  • celery stalks
Tools
  • Juice cone
  • Graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Wash the celery stalks.
  2. Place the juice cone and the graduated nozzle on 5.
  3. Turn on the appliance.
  4. Insert the celery stalks. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
How to serve at the table

Celery juice is best enjoyed mixed with other ingredients, because of its strong taste.
