Ingredients
  • Black and/or green grapes
Tools
  • Juice cone
  • Graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Wash the grapes.
  2. Place the juice cone.
  3. The graduation level of the tip will depend on the quantity inserted: start at 3 and as the material evacuates more slowly, lower the graduation. The graduated tip is not necessary for extracting the grape juice, it can be completely removed.
  4. Start the appliance.
  5. Insert the grapes. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
