Tomato juice

Drink alone or with accompaniments. Make your own gazpachos or other southern vegetable mixes.
Ingredients
  • tomatoes
Tools
  • Juice cone
  • graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Rinse the tomatoes.
  2. Cut them into 4.
  3. Place the juice cone and the graduated nozzle. If the tomatoes are firm and juicy, leave the nozzle on 5. If they are less so, lower the nozzle level to 2 or 3.
  4. Insert the tomatoes. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
