Red cabbage juice

This powerful red-pink vegetable will color your mixtures for the pleasure of the eyes. This cabbage has a sweet and mild flavor.
- Wash the red cabbage. Cut it into long slices.
- Place the juice cone and the graduated nozzle on 5.
- Turn on the appliance.
- Insert the cabbage. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
In winter, to replace the eternal apple base, you can try red cabbage. It is very sweet and juicy.
