Watercress juice

Bitter in taste, it can be added at the end of cooking a soup. Very rich in vitamins and minerals.
- Rinse the watercress.
- Place the juice cone and the graduated nozzle on 5.
- Switch on the appliance.
- Insert the watercress. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
In juices, sauces or soups.
