Leek juice

Almost undrinkable raw, it can be incorporated into a broth base for a light soup.
- Wash the leeks. Cut them into 4 lengthwise.
- Place the juice cone and the graduated tip on 3.
- Turn on the appliance.
- Insert the zucchini slices. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
This juice is not very popular when served raw. Prefer its cooked form, as usual with this family of vegetables.
