Purslane juice

This herb, which has been given new life in cooking, is a real delight. Wild purslane will give a very thick and gelatinous juice, unlike young market purslane which is closer to salad and less crunchy.
- Rinse the purslane.
- Place the juice cone and the graduated tip, positioned on 5.
- Start the appliance.
- Insert the branches and leaves into the appliance. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
