Blackcurrant juice

Very good source of vitamin C, it is often found in our gardens. Take advantage of it to enhance your juices with a small handful.
Ingredients
  • blackcurrant
Tools
  • Juice cone
  • graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Wash the blackcurrant gently if necessary.
  2. Place the juice cone and the graduated tip, positioned on 2 or 3.
  3. Start the device
  4. Insert the blackcurrant little by little without saturating the drum with material. Allow time for the juice to flow before re-inserting a few blackcurrant grains again. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
