Quince juice

This juice is used to make cooked preparations, jellies, fruit pastes, etc.
Ingredients
  • quinces
Tools
  • Juice cone
  • graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Wash the quinces with a vegetable brush or peel them.
  2. Cut them into 6 and remove the cores.
  3. Place the juice cone and the graduated nozzle. If the quinces are firm and juicy, leave the nozzle on 5. If they are floury, lower the nozzle to 2 or 3.
  4. Insert the quinces. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
