Passion fruit juice

Passion fruit juice takes us on a journey. Rather thick, it is drunk diluted with another more liquid fruit (apple, pear, pineapple, ...)
- Cut the passion fruit in half, remove the pulp.
- Place the juice cone and the graduated tip, positioned on 2 or 3.
- Start the device
- Insert the passion fruit pulp little by little without saturating the drum with material. Allow time for the juice to flow before re-inserting the pulp again. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
in juice, accompanied by another fruit or as a base for a coulis or a Bavarian cream for example
