Passion fruit juice

Passion fruit juice takes us on a journey. Rather thick, it is drunk diluted with another more liquid fruit (apple, pear, pineapple, ...)
Ingredients
  • passion fruit
Tools
  • Juice cone
  • graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Cut the passion fruit in half, remove the pulp.
  2. Place the juice cone and the graduated tip, positioned on 2 or 3.
  3. Start the device
  4. Insert the passion fruit pulp little by little without saturating the drum with material. Allow time for the juice to flow before re-inserting the pulp again. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
How to serve at the table

in juice, accompanied by another fruit or as a base for a coulis or a Bavarian cream for example
