Redcurrant juice

When the redcurrant season arrives, we find ourselves with buckets full of them and don't know what to do with them... Extract the juice and make magnificent jellies for the rest of the year.
- Rinse the currants. Remove the seeds from the bunches.
- Place the juice cone and the graduated nozzle, positioned on 2 or 3.
- Start the appliance
- Insert the currants little by little without saturating the drum with material. Allow time for the juice to flow before reinserting the currants again. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
Very often as a base for jelly or jam.
