Mandarin season signals the arrival of winter and holidays. They are welcome in juices, as a sweet base for a varied mix.

  • Graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Cut the mandarins into 4. Remove the flesh and discard the skin.
  2. Place the juice cone and the graduated tip on 3.
  3. Start the appliance.
  4. Insert the mandarin pieces. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
