Mandarin juice

Mandarin season signals the arrival of winter and holidays. They are welcome in juices, as a sweet base for a varied mix.
- Cut the mandarins into 4. Remove the flesh and discard the skin.
- Place the juice cone and the graduated tip on 3.
- Start the appliance.
- Insert the mandarin pieces. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
