Mango juice

Like passion fruit, mango takes us on a journey to warm lands. A delight in summer, served chilled.
Ingredients
  • mango
Tools
  • Juice cone
  • graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Cut the mango and collect the flesh.
  2. Place the juice cone and the graduated tip, positioned on 2 or 3.
  3. Start the device
  4. Insert the pieces of mango little by little without saturating the drum with material. Allow time for the juice to flow before re-inserting pieces again. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
How to serve at the table

in juice, coulis or as a base for fruity desserts
