Rhubarb juice

Rhubarb is very juicy. Thanks to the extractor, there is no need to peel it, the device takes care of it. Collect the juice, ideal for homemade jellies.

  • rhubarb

  • Juice cone
  • Graduated tip
Recipe
  1. Place the juice cone.
  2. The graduation level will depend on the quantity inserted into the extractor: the graduated tip on 2 for small quantities. After a certain quantity, as soon as the dry matter is more difficult to evacuate, remove the graduated tip and continue the extraction.
  3. Start the device.
  4. Insert the branches into the device. If necessary, use the pestle (and only this tool!) to push the food into the gear.
