Strawberry banana sorbet

The extractor gently blends diced frozen fruit into a sorbet without adding any sugar other than the ripe banana.
Ingredients
  • 500g strawberries
  • 1 very ripe banana
Tools
  • cone crusher
Recipe
  1. Hull the strawberries and peel the banana
  2. Cut the ingredients into cubes
  3. Freeze on a tray, so that they can be separated later. Freezing should last at least one day, maximum one month.
  4. Take the fruit out shortly before dessert: about ten minutes if it was frozen the day before, half an hour if it was frozen for a month
  5. Pass the fruit alternately through the extractor fitted with the crushing cone.
  6. Mix with a fork if necessary
  7. Mold into balls with an ice cream spoon dipped in warm water
How to serve at the table

for dessert, with a red fruit coulis or a sour fruit juice
