The extractor gently blends diced frozen fruit into a sorbet without adding any sugar other than the ripe banana.
- 500g strawberries
- 1 very ripe banana
- Hull the strawberries and peel the banana
- Cut the ingredients into cubes
- Freeze on a tray, so that they can be separated later. Freezing should last at least one day, maximum one month.
- Take the fruit out shortly before dessert: about ten minutes if it was frozen the day before, half an hour if it was frozen for a month
- Pass the fruit alternately through the extractor fitted with the crushing cone.
- Mix with a fork if necessary
- Mold into balls with an ice cream spoon dipped in warm water
for dessert, with a red fruit coulis or a sour fruit juice
