Strawberry marmalade

These heavenly candies that are strawberries are ground into a coulis, to which a little sugar and a gelling agent are added. This addition will limit the cooking time to an instant. Bring to the boil and you're ready to go
Ingredients
  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 200 g organic whole sugar
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 4 tsp agar-agar powder
Tools
  • cone crusher
  • without tip
Recipe
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Grind them in the extractor equipped with the grinding cone.
  3. Add the lemon juice, sugar and agar-agar. Mix.
  4. Heat in a saucepan until boiling, stirring regularly.
  5. Reduce the heat once boiling.
  6. Boil over low heat for 2 minutes.
  7. Put away.
How to serve at the table

Spread on bread, crackers, or pancakes. Filling for pastries and pancakes Incorporate into yogurt or fromage blanc, or into a smoothie.
