Strawberry marmalade

These heavenly candies that are strawberries are ground into a coulis, to which a little sugar and a gelling agent are added. This addition will limit the cooking time to an instant. Bring to the boil and you're ready to go
- 1 kg strawberries
- 200 g organic whole sugar
- juice of half a lemon
- 4 tsp agar-agar powder
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Grind them in the extractor equipped with the grinding cone.
- Add the lemon juice, sugar and agar-agar. Mix.
- Heat in a saucepan until boiling, stirring regularly.
- Reduce the heat once boiling.
- Boil over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Put away.
