Hazelnut milk

Published by Julia Arman le 16 juin, 2016 - 12:00

Rarely found on supermarket shelves, it is as simple to make as almond milk.
Ingredients
  • 1/4 soaked hazelnuts
  • 3/4 water
Tools
  • juice cone
  • numbered tip
Recipe
  1. Soak hazelnuts overnight in cold water.
  2. Empty the soaking water and rinse the hazelnuts under running water.
  3. Add new water, approximately 3/4 of the proportion of hazelnuts.
  4. Pass everything through the extractor equipped with the juice cone with the numbered tip set to 3 (for the latest models).
  5. Re-mix the dry matter with the liquid obtained in the juice tray, and pass everything through the extractor again.
  6. Repeat this last step once more. Once this mixture has been passed a third time, you will then obtain much less waste and the water is now completely impregnated with almonds.
  7. Filter through a strainer
  8. Your drink is ready!
How to serve at the table
