Rarely found on supermarket shelves, it is as simple to make as almond milk.
- 1/4 soaked hazelnuts
- 3/4 water
- Soak hazelnuts overnight in cold water.
- Empty the soaking water and rinse the hazelnuts under running water.
- Add new water, approximately 3/4 of the proportion of hazelnuts.
- Pass everything through the extractor equipped with the juice cone with the numbered tip set to 3 (for the latest models).
- Re-mix the dry matter with the liquid obtained in the juice tray, and pass everything through the extractor again.
- Repeat this last step once more. Once this mixture has been passed a third time, you will then obtain much less waste and the water is now completely impregnated with almonds.
- Filter through a strainer
- Your drink is ready!
Drink as is, use in pastries or on cereals.
