Almond butter

Using the grinder tool, make your own 'Almond Butter' using soaked seeds.
Ingredients
almonds (blanched for a light butter, whole for a whole butter)
water
Tools
Crusher cone, without tip
Recipe
Soak the almonds in water for at least 8 hours. (Allow enough water, knowing that the seed will absorb some). They can soak longer and even germinate.
Rinse them under running water
Put the soaked almonds in the extractor equipped with the grinding cone.
How to serve at the table
