Pollen and yeast in a smoothie.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ tsp. fresh or frozen pollen
  • ¼ tsp. yeast flakes
  • ¼ glass of apple juice
  • a lime
  • 100ml coconut milk
Tools
  • Crusher cone
  • Juice cone
Recipe
  1. In the extractor equipped with the grinding cone, grind the banana (which you will have peeled and from which you will have removed the strings), the pollen and the yeast.
  2. Replace the grinding cone with the juice cone and then squeeze the apple juice and the flesh of a lime.
  3. Mix everything with the coconut milk that you will have heated for a few minutes.
How to serve at the table

At any time, for breakfast, snack, can even replace a meal.
