Banana cream

This creamy, soft and sweet cream can be used as a meal as it is so nourishing.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 100g of yogurt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp. of Brazilian (roasted nuts)
  • the juice of 2 sour apples
Tools
  • Crusher cone
  • Juice cone
  • Graduated tip (max-alto-twin)
Recipe
  1. Peel the banana. Rinse the apples and cut them into 6.
  2. In the extractor equipped with the grinding cone, grind the banana, yogurt, egg yolk and nuts.
  3. Then insert the juice cone and place the graduated tip on 5. Pass the apples to extract the juice. Mix with the banana cream.
