Banana cream

This creamy, soft and sweet cream can be used as a meal as it is so nourishing.
- 1 banana
- 100g of yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp. of Brazilian (roasted nuts)
- the juice of 2 sour apples
- Crusher cone
- Juice cone
- Graduated tip (max-alto-twin)
- Peel the banana. Rinse the apples and cut them into 6.
- In the extractor equipped with the grinding cone, grind the banana, yogurt, egg yolk and nuts.
- Then insert the juice cone and place the graduated tip on 5. Pass the apples to extract the juice. Mix with the banana cream.
