An explosive mix for a morning of energy
- 1 small pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1/2 lime
- 1 to 2 tbsp. carob powder
- 120ml goat yogurt
- Crusher cone
- Juice cone
- Graduated tip (new models)
- Peel the pineapple, banana and lime. Cut the ingredients to the dimensions of the hole if necessary.
- In the extractor equipped with the grinding cone, grind the banana.
- Replace the grinding cone with the juice cone and place the numbered tip on 3 (on new models). Insert the pineapple and lime.
- Mix the banana cream with the juice, carob powder and goat's yogurt.
- Enjoy or keep cool for 24 hours.
very nourishing, can replace a meal.
