Ideal for a dense and light breakfast...
Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • a small fennel
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100ml coconut milk
Tools
  • Crusher cone
  • Juice cone
  • Graduated tip (new models)
Recipe
  1. Soak the sunflower seeds in water for at least 2 hours.
  2. Rinse them with clean water.
  3. Rinse the fennel and tomatoes. Cut them to the dimensions of the hole.
  4. In the extractor equipped with the grinding cone, grind the seeds.
  5. Then, replace the grinding cone with the juice cone and pass the tomatoes and fennel.
  6. Mix the butter obtained with the seeds, the juice and the coconut milk.
  7. Enjoy or keep cool for 24 hours.
