Veggie milkshake

Ideal for a dense and light breakfast...
- 4 tbsp sunflower seeds
- a small fennel
- 2 tomatoes
- 100ml coconut milk
- Crusher cone
- Juice cone
- Graduated tip (new models)
- Soak the sunflower seeds in water for at least 2 hours.
- Rinse them with clean water.
- Rinse the fennel and tomatoes. Cut them to the dimensions of the hole.
- In the extractor equipped with the grinding cone, grind the seeds.
- Then, replace the grinding cone with the juice cone and pass the tomatoes and fennel.
- Mix the butter obtained with the seeds, the juice and the coconut milk.
- Enjoy or keep cool for 24 hours.
