Avocado velouté

Highly vitamin-rich smoothie, balanced in terms of intake and nourishing
- 1 ripe, peeled avocado
- 2 stalks of white celery
- ½ small cucumber
- 3 apples
- 3 cm of fresh ginger
- 2 large handfuls of lettuce
- ½ small pineapple
- Grind the avocado flesh in the juicer fitted with the crushing cone.
- Rinse the ingredients for the juice, peel the pineapple.
- In the juicer, fitted with the juice cone and the graduated tip (on new models) set to 5, pass all the ingredients. Use the pestle if necessary to push the ingredients into the juicer.
- Collect the juice under the juice outlet.
- Finish by mixing everything together.
- Enjoy or keep cool for 24 hours.
