Cocktail known for its pink color, to be reproduced without moderation.
- 250g fresh or frozen wild berries
- 3 ripe, non-starchy pears
- Juice cone
- Graduated tip (max-alto-twin)
- Rinse the berries under a fine stream of water if they are fresh. If they are frozen, defrost them. Rinse the pears.
- Cut them to the dimensions of the hole if necessary.
- Insert all the ingredients into the extractor equipped with the juice cone and the graduated tip (on new models) placed on 3.
- Use the pestle if necessary to push the ingredients into the extractor.
- Collect the juice under the juice outlet.
- Enjoy or keep cool for 24 hours.
