Cocktail known for its pink color, to be reproduced without moderation.
Ingredients
  • 250g fresh or frozen wild berries
  • 3 ripe, non-starchy pears
Tools
  • Juice cone
  • Graduated tip (max-alto-twin)
Recipe
  1. Rinse the berries under a fine stream of water if they are fresh. If they are frozen, defrost them. Rinse the pears.
  2. Cut them to the dimensions of the hole if necessary.
  3. Insert all the ingredients into the extractor equipped with the juice cone and the graduated tip (on new models) placed on 3.
  4. Use the pestle if necessary to push the ingredients into the extractor.
  5. Collect the juice under the juice outlet.
  6. Enjoy or keep cool for 24 hours.
How to serve at the table

Traditionally, the Cosmopolitan is served as an aperitif in Dry Martini glasses...
