Mulled wine juice

To warm up on cool summer evenings.
- 3 apples
- 1 handful of blackberries
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- Juice cone
- Graduated tip (for new models)
- Rinse the apples and pass the blackberries under a fine stream of water. Cut the apples.
- Insert all the ingredients into the extractor equipped with the juice cone and the graduated tip (on new models) placed on 5.
- Use the pestle if necessary to push the ingredients into the extractor.
- Collect the juice under the juice outlet.
- Add the spices. Infuse over low heat for a few minutes, without bringing to the boil.
- Serve hot.
