Cucumber-fennel juice

Simply green juice... enhanced with soy sauce.
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 fennel
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- Juice cone
- graduated tip (max-alto-twin)
- Rinse all ingredients.
- Cut them to the dimensions of the orifice if necessary.
- Insert them into the extractor equipped with the juice cone and the graduated tip placed on 5 for the latest models.

- Insert them into the extractor equipped with the juice cone and the graduated tip placed on 5 for the latest models.
- Use the pestle if necessary to push the ingredients into the extractor.
- Collect the juice under the juice outlet and add a little soy sauce.
- Enjoy or keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
Juices can be drunk alone, before or during a meal.
