The sparkling vegetable aperitif

an invigorating and sparkling cocktail.
- 2 carrots
- 1 handful of grapes
- ½ stick of celery
- 1 tbsp. of fennel sprouts
- very sparkling water
- a little lemon juice
- Juice cone
- graduated tip (max-alto-twin)
- Rinse all ingredients.
- Cut them to the dimensions of the orifice if necessary.
- Insert them into the extractor equipped with the juice cone and the graduated tip placed on 5 for the latest models.

- Use the pestle if necessary to push the ingredients into the extractor.
- Collect the juice under the juice outlet.
- Enjoy or keep cool for 24 hours.
Juices can be drunk alone, before or during a meal.
